Contact form enquiries. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect the fields you provide: full name, company name, email, phone, subject and message. This data is sent directly to our form provider, Formspree, and forwarded to our team by email. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to pursue a potential business relationship with you.
Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects aggregate usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type — to help us understand and improve the site. See the Cookie Policy below for details.
Technical access & security data. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs technical data on every visit — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and browser/user-agent — for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Loading this page also causes your browser to request font files directly from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which involves sending your IP address to Google, independently of your cookie consent choice.

Formspree, our email provider, Google and Hostinger may process data on servers outside Türkiye and, where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, outside the EEA/UK — including in the United States. Google and Formspree publish that they rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers under the EU/UK GDPR framework. If you have questions or concerns about the international transfer of your data, call us at +90 553 346 93 81 before submitting the contact form; you can decline analytics cookies at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission, then deleted, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to the retention period configured in our account, up to a maximum of 14 months for event-level data. Your cookie consent choice is stored in your browser for up to 12 months (see Cookie Policy).
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We use Google's Consent Mode. Before you make a choice, and for as long as analytics consent remains declined (including after you click "Reject"), our analytics tag runs with analytics_storage denied — no analytics cookies are set on your device. Under this technology, Google may still receive limited, cookie-less signals both before your choice and while your consent stays declined; this is part of how Consent Mode operates and does not involve setting cookies.
